Newly remodeled living space from a 8� x 8� x 20� weather tight cargo container which converts to 1280 cubic feet of interior space. - Spray Foam was used to insulate the exterior bottom, interior walls and ceiling. The factory floor was sealed with two coats of Kilz barrier primer and then covered with 5/8� subfloor. The roof was coated with sealant (truck bed liner) for added safety and durability. - The interior was studded out using metal and wood 2x4s. The walls and ceiling were lined with �� sanded plywood with fir strips covering the screw holes. The walls were intentionally left unpainted for buyer�s personal preferences. The exterior was completely sanded and painted using Diamond Vogel industrial paint. - New Clarion brand laminated floating floor with a 50 year warranty (hickory color) was installed throughout. A new, insulated, steel entry door with Kwik Lock programmable door lever is included. The dual cargo doors were studded and insulated and are operable to a 200 degree swing radius. A 4 x 8 sheet of slate board is included on the cargo doors for storage options. The side window is a vinyl double hung with a half screen. - A new Heat Storm infrared wall heater operable at 750 � 1500 watts with remote control is installed and included. The heater comes with 1 year factory warranty. The interior space is also vented with 4 direct fresh air vents in each corner. - Professionally wired by Steffens Electric, it includes: 12 circuit panel with main breaker, 30 amp intake receptacle for generator, 3 inside LED dimmable ceiling lights on 1 switch, 1 outside receptacle, 1 outside light included, 10 interior receptacles on 5 circuits, CATV exterior to interior receptacle and chase way for future solar wiring. - The upper deck is a galvanized non slip grating and supported by channels welded to the wall tops. A strong, custom built railing made from 1 � galvanized pipe to OSHA specifications is removable for further customization or ease of transport. A custom made ladder is included that hooks on the toe kick of the deck and can be easily removed when not needed. The railing also includes a spring activated one way safety gate.
