Buyers must pay at one of our office locations with cash, check (accompanied by a letter of guarantee), certified check, cashier's check. Or online with credit card. ACH or wire transfer 24 hours before pick up. A 3.75% credit card convenience fee (plus tax) will apply for credit card purchases. Letter of guarantee must be signed and dated from the issuing bank. If purchases are not settled by the end of the scheduled pick up date(s) and time(s), it is in default. Upon default, the bidder will be blacklisted on Hansen Auction Group bidding platform and the buyer’s credit card will be charged for default. If merchandise is not paid or picked up at the close of the auction pick up and you have made no contact with our office to make arrangements, your merchandise will be forfeited back to Hansen Auction Group.
